Glad to see everybody had a good time. I was out riding early AM and there wasn't harldy anybody even around (until like 9 AM), it was really nice. Out riding in the surf and even trying to jump a few waves (finally growing a set :wink:).

Yes, everything else is stock except the seat. The seat was this big purple thing though, so it does make a big difference, imo. EDIT: Actually the bag on the back and the one on the handlebars were extra as well.

Thanks. I pretty much ignored most people's suggestions and just did what I wanted (my wife tells me I'm good at that) but everybody's input definitely was appreciated.

Yes, I know its a couch but I think it came out really well. I ended up taking the seat to Sea Isle Water Sports to have them put it on because it looked like it was going to be a bit of a bear. They had some trouble with the front of the cover (I see some spots where they had to restaple) but...

Crap, they run it as a CGI....grrrrrrr. I didn't even check for that when I recommended and clearly that is a problem for a larger site (I use them mostly for mom & pop size sites so its never really a problem). My apologies for that slip. Let me know what I can do to help.

Saturday for me will consist of putting in my new battery, starting the ski up and hoping I'm still in business after the winter. So Sunday I'll be one of the guys kicking out some thick fogging smoke and ruining my spark plugs :wink:.

So can anybody point me to a good charger? Matt's experience is making me think twice about hooking it up to a POS when it arrives.

So with the dry cell you still can and will eventually need to charge it but just not necessarily every winter like an acid battery?

Its actually almost $20 cheaper when all is said and done but I agree, I think everybody should support the sponsors when possible and when the prices are really close.

Cool, might as well support a site that supports this one. It says the Odyssey PC625 is good for all Yamahas up to 2003 but I guess its good for 2004 as well since they offer nothing else. I'll have to look into it to make sure and also do some digging on these "dry cell" batteries.

So it seems my "auto" battery charger wasn't trickle charging after all. Grant it, I should have been paying more attention as well so I'll share some of the blame. Either way, I need a new battery. Anybody have any vendors/brands that they recommend based on reliability and price? Any...

Doesn't seem like anything is going to and paying the money isn't a problem for me. So what's the best way to ship, Roadway?

Get a Mac :biggrin:. Though FireFox isn't your best choice on the Mac.
