Remember that the woodruff key is only for alignment, it does not hold the flywheel from slipping. The tapered shaft is what holds it if the shaft & flywheel surfaces are mating properly. You need to be sure and torque the flywheel bolt properly and you should not have any problems.

You know you love the smell of race gas, back it down to 195psi and run 50/50. It does suck to have a 60 or 70 dollar a week race gas bill. Better than having a drug habit I always say.
