Ya I'm a 100% cotton t shirt guy. I'm not a fan of thin shirts or soft ones. I was always raised with 100% cotton so I guess that's where it comes from lol.
You can try things that improve cardiovascular health. Things like nitrates and fish oil will improve blood flow. Constantly using caffeine is bad for your longevity.

I would sand it all down to see the full extent of what's under the paint and I would chip away the poop pieces of glass. If you can cut off the portion where it is delaminating while leaving all of the other glass intact that would probably be the best.
EDIT: just cut the delaminating pieces...
3 pieces of 1208 steadily getting larger to encompass the piece below it. And thickened epoxy with microballoons on the outside to fill in the crack. Don't forget to drill holes at the end of the cracks so it doesn't become larger
I don't see why people are hating on you. Maybe the previous q8 poop has to do with it. I think you have some awesome composites skills and you're hull is pretty damn neat.
I just laid a pieces of 17 oz biax on each side of the hood and she was strong as a rock. I dont have a suggestion on saving the hood liner cause i licoriceed mine all up getting it out.
The weight went up like 3 lbs. And the only reason i shaped the foam was to get a nice looking hood liner. the foam shaping took me like an hour. The pool noodle is a good idea besides making a clean looking liner.
Also if you reinforce the hood block off the two front air intakes. It will really help with water ingestion.

If you're deforming I would lay a couple pieces of glass on the gunslwhales and then a couple pieces on the sides of the engine bay. I did this and mine was pretty damn tough .
When I did my hood I just tore out the liner and reinforced it and layered a new liner into it and put vacuum hose...
