Nice ski that thing is brand new as for the ride plate jet dynamics there is not a better one on the market and the impeller it all depends if your gonna do any motor mods... If its gonna be a stock engine go with the skat 8/16 but i recommend a new carb and a factory pipe with a 9/17 skat prop...
I have a used pump housing with good bearing, seals, and impeller shaft but no impeller the one vain guide does have a chunk missing about the size of the tip of my pinky but can be easily welded and filed down but i ran it like that for years. Its out of a 650sx i would do 80 bucks shipped let...
The 15.5 is not a bad prop it's old technology now they have the progressive pitch like the 8/16 or 9/17 but I suppose the only way to check your work is to ride it you might get serious vibrations from you prop but everything might be fine also
I would just send it to impros props are very important if there is to much clearence between the prop and were ring you will have serious cavitaion issues
Couldnt tell you from experience but i have been told its a good prop for your application but doesnt seem as popular as the skat trak everyone recommends the skat trak

IMO I like the 650 it's reliable and with some upgrades can be a fun ski. I know people are all gonna say buy a superjet but IMO f*** the super jet if you want to pay 2000 dollars more than something's worth than go for it. Now don't get me wrong the new superjets are nice but I think the 650sx...
