Mocked it up so I could shorten up all the wires because the ebox is so much closer to the motor on this hull. I also added a weatherpack connector to the stator so I dont have to pull the ebox with the motor which always annoyed me on yamis.

I spray with a 10 dollar harbor freight gun, once adjusted it works awesome, there are quite a few free tricks to get them to work good, lots of good info on youtube.

I have a few questions for wdk rok owners. I am working on installing my steering cable, and the standard fittings that screw into the hull appear to be the wrong thread size, it wont screw in farther than 1/4 turn. The next issue is that my blowsion trim cable will go about 6" into my trim...

Main jet in the stinger should be fine, lots of people run it without issue.

Nice build so far! I used stainless sheetmetal screws first go around on my exhaust outlet and that didnt work for long haha. Ended up using sealant and rivets now.

Prep-sol works good, you can get it from any body shop supply house.

My blaster was painted 3 years ago now and has seen serious abuse, and still looks as good as day one. Prep it well and you will be fine. Food for thought, all the big offshore boats (fountain, ciggarette etc) that have custom paint jobs are base/clear, and get pounded just as hard as our skis...
