It makes you a better rider with gators, sharks, jelly fish, whales, squid or in 277 (John)s case seals in the water. We surf, swim ,spearfish with sharks and hardly ever have any problems .

That ski was a one of a kind that had extra rocker added from the strake to the chine and 10" forward , it turned great but could porpoise going fast in certain choppy conditions . I really liked that ski in the surf !

Fresh 100 LL AV fuel starts out at 118 octane and tests out at over 100 over 2 years shelf life , it has deicing additive in it and maybe a little harder for the oil to mix . Dose it make as much power as oxygenated race gas ,,no but it can't be beat for the bang to buck ratio .

Cool chambers ! I've seen a couple of the V8s grenade , lots of carbs to clean and keep synchronized ,, a little lean on one cly and game over, plus Evinrudes weren't the tightest on tolerances back then .

Some good questions , I wonder if Dan or Kyle at Dasa would know being in the belly of the beast (Califorina) .
