Just got a pretty sweet offer. Running complete 550 motor and a complete 650 motor that needs a crank bearing for $200! Comes with a bunch of extras and stuff... So since I bought a crank from Ebay I will have 3 motors to play with lol... Wow I cant believe how addicted I am to this stuff after...

Ok guys, this is the only part I did not have a tool for. Do you just use a 3-Jaw type puller for this? I know that we use a center type puller for the Banshee but this one obviously doesn't remove in that way. Please let me know, I need to get this flywheel off today. Thanks!

Well guys, thanks for the input. Tore the motor down last night and here is the deal. Output shaft bearings and everything past the motor seems tight and very smooth. Top end looks good! Piston skirts, cylinder walls, domes, etc... Everything seems in good shape and can probly be slapped...

Any input here guys? The previous owner says " I don't know, it just gave out on me" lol.

Well, I couldnt pass up this deal. 89 JS550 for $350. has quick steer, Nice bars,gas tank mod to the inside if hull with oversize tank. It doesnt run but it did before it sat for a couple years outside. The engine is suprisingly clean, Ill get more pics but this is right after I picked it up...

Lesson learned! Well, you guys called it out and I learned the hard way (coulda been worse)... SO I strapped down my tank and water box but failed to notice my battery was not strapped... I have been tossing this thing around more and more and guess what... The battery flew into the driveshaft...
