Nope no runs or orange peel. I'm using a devilbiss starting line hvlp. 1.3 needle, around 22-25 psi inlet pressure, wide open on the fluid adjustment. To set the fan/spray width I tested on a sheet of paper before spraying. Set it for about 7" wide. Nice long looking oval.

Its a 44. Im going with dual 44's. I pm'd him. I dont know if he has just the shaft and butterfly though. I don't need an entire throttle shaft rebuild kit.

Working on the carbs now. Gonna have to try and find a throttle shaft and butterfly for one of them. Throttle shaft is stripped out and butterfly is messed up.

My urethane primer sanded easily.

Got the exhaust figured out. I ended up cutting down a blaster long hose. Also rebuilt my midshaft.

Not really. I don't think I could've really gone any faster. I think it worked so good just because you're not spraying huge panels at a time. Just small little sections of the jetski.

It's a 20 gallon, 6.3 cfm @ 40 psi. I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but it worked fine. My spray guns recommend 10 cfm or something like that. But it didn't seem to matter.
