There is a lot of people in NY. Go ride some stuff. For freestyle it is pretty cut and dry what hulls do the best. You have listed some walmart hulls and top of the line hulls. You're budget may eliminate half this list.

I'm sure I can get that truck down to single digits pulling if you go to sleep in the back seat. LOL!
