Just welded a busted H2O water box last week. I hate the smell, but there's no issues as far as cleanliness of the weld.

My pump side scupper was bad for this since it can't open very far. Stuff would get stuck trying to get out and hold it open. I have since glassed some screen over the inlet in the hull and haven't had any stuck scupper incidents since.

One year ago my life changed... for the better! How time flies...
