    Rage Composites HAVOC

No comparison to the brawler. The Havoc is superior in every way. Rides flat, turns well, and was very comfortable for me. I didn't like the brawler much. They got this one right [emoji457] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Sbt cranks longevity?

We have one in a TPE 964 making sick power on TL and PFP. Been in for about a year now. I ran them in my ported 701s for years with no issues.

    Help. Ski won't shut off

Very possible the black wire is not grounded in Ebox. Test black at s/s (ebox side) to battery negative and verify continuity.

    Protec head milling

I'm not familiar with that head but most a/m heads aim for 170-175. Read this article before you start milling........ http://www.groupk.com/tec-comp.htm

650 X2 runs like a bat outta h3ll on slight choke?

Running better on choke usually indicates a fuel restriction, as does hard starting. Have you checked the carb condition, and that of the vent, fuel sector, and line? That's usually where it starts.

    Cavitation

You have to push it in hard every time. If you are taking it apart to silicone the gasket, be sure and have someone help you tighten the bolts while you force it forward as hard as you can. I use a towel because I push so hard it hurts, but it works!

    Cavitation

You need to be sure you are pushing the pump forward. Sometimes you need to enlarge the pump bolt holes to allow movement. I put my ski against the wall, push on the nozzle with all my strength and weight, while my wife tightens the bolts. This is normal for A/M hulls. My KDX would cavitate if...

FW BF technique (tuck or extend?)

There is a big difference in tucking and squatting/leaning back. For the fastest rotation you want to be centered on the ski, with bent knees. If you bend your knees and move rearward, that's squatting and not good. It typically hurts rotation significantly on slide and hop flips, (the rear...

    Octane Fuel Quality

Hence the reason "race fuel rules"! :) Good write up. I recently went to a class put on by a major fuel additive manufacturer. We tested various fuels for all sorts of contaminants, and witnessed phase separation up close. Then we made it re dissolve with their additives/treatment. Good stuff to...

    Cavitation

Is this in a SJ? On A/M hulls you really have to press the pump forward as you tighten the pump bolts. Agree with sealing the pump seal.

Msd 4270 starter relay hook up ?????

If you have violet on your brain, it needs switched 12V. Pier the switch from the battery, and connect the violet to the other side of the switch. The red on the s/s switch should come from a fuse on the bat, and the brown should go to one small relay terminal. Ground the other relay terminal...
