What are these? All are supposed to be off of Yamahas. All are Mikuni carbs. One is a Westcoast(?) head and the other is a Riva. Any ideas on what performance wise these are or if they are any good? Thanks!!

I have either a 5 or a 7MM wetsuit. It's so tight on my forearms that I can't ride for more than 5 minutes and I can't even pull the throttle anymore because it's so tight. Can I cut it or slice it for more room? If I cut it to be more like a short sleeve shorty it wont work exactly the same...
