I like your style. Is that a Maxxx 1 piece ti pump?this is what i have done.
Watcon has a hardened extended one. A must have for 1 piece pumps. That impeller tool is the worst. I'm borrowing my buddies currently which is the tool welded to a wrench
You honestly just need it in a vise, with a tool that doesn't warp and endless leverage

155’s are harder to unthread than 144’s, I gotta believe 160/165’s are even tougher yet. The rotational mass keeps going up on the same size thread! Do you have the Ti shaft ?Yes 160/83 maxx.
Yeah those 122 pumps are sleeping beasts! If they’re working leave em be, other than that , I wouldn’t waste much time on it. The juice isn’t worth the squeeze with 122’s…Well, it’s hard to explain why I needed to remove this prop but I wanted my FX-1 pump back that was currently in another ski and this was the pump for that other ski. I wanted the impeller for my pump so I had to take it off to make that happen haha Ideally I will be able to salvage the driveshaft and housing but we will just have to see! I guess when I get the impeller off we will see if it’s salvageable? I bet not lol
Otherwise I will just buy the @waxhead pump conversion for the FX-1 and be done with this lil’ fella
