somebody used to make "caps" for the intakes on the stock hood to do just want you're talking about. I cant for the life of me remember where I saw them.
That would piss me off. If you're going to buy it, then why wouldn't they order one? I'm sure you'd be willing to put down a deposit in advance so what's the big deal? Laziness? stupidity? all of the above?
Oh and by the way, there are dealers that have them hear in the Tampa/Clearwater...
You would have to use the 760 box to work with that flywheel and stator, or you can use a 701 flywheel/stator with a 701 box. Not sure why you think it's pieced together, looks like every other 760 to me.

Can someone better explain to me how this works? Would it be possible to make this work with watercraft carbs?
So, I'm assuming your "flame arrestor" is going to be more of a "shield" with the openings pointed upwards? I guess there's no real need for a traditional flame arrestor other than meeting coast guard requirements, right?
I like the idea of partnering with the owners/admin of this site making it a "by riders, for riders" type magazine and naming it x-h2o magazine. I don't know how feasible that is though.
