I cracked my 1988 650 sx hull from subbing it to much its only a small crack probably about 4 inches long on the very top of the ski, the crack isn't all the way through but if you push on it it will start to crack. any suggestions as to how to repair this. bondo or fiberglass?

exactly when i pull the finger throttle it pulls it but won't take the cable back to the neutral position any suggestions?

So i changed my 88 650 sx over from a thumb throttle to a finger throttle. Now the throttle has no return. The old stock thumb throttle had a spring in it which helped with the spring on the throttle in the engine. i would imagine this is a pretty common problem. Any ideas the cable does seem...

I am new to jetskis and just picked up a 1989 650 sx. Took the motor out last night and cleaned everything up and put it all back together. My question is besides the gas mix to jetskis require oil. Like a two stroke dirtbike does for its transmission. I know theres no trannys or anything in...

Successful night, I took the motor out, got the bilge pump working, mounted the battery case, fixed all the fittings, organized all the wiring took the butt connectors off and sautered the wires back together 4 that clean and legit look. Then put it all back together. No Problems at all!

Thanks guys excellent advice from both of you. It already has a bilge but the wiring looks like a 5 year old did it. One of the main reasons i am pulling it out is to make everything clean and legit. Instead of butt connectors and electrical tape everywhere i will sauter all the wires together...
