Hi guys, I've got a squarenose GroupK 718 sleeper with a factory B-pipe and a blackjack carb had a magnum pump. bearings shredded in the pump, so I've got to rebuild. However, that won't help me this weekend. I do have another stock pump sitting around, but not the large hub to use the 9/15...

On the exhaust, just the manifold is different

'93 to '95 Squares also came with this style pump - with the old pressure dump siphon system off the stator unused (and thus undrilled) and the nozzle with the siphon provision.

Hi Folks, Would like to put a weatherpack connector on my stators and e-boxes to make mixing and matching much easier not to mention e-box work easier! Anyone know for certain what guage wire they are? Thanks, Hbski

Stock or modified engine in your FX-1?

Running an OEM 61x carb. GroupK modifies the fuel circuits some from what I've been told.....original jetting is from them.

Specs are: SingleCarb (61x/61x), 718 groupK sleeper (milled head, ported cylinders, modified intake, modified carb) with a b-pipe, 160 main, 140 pilot, 1.5 seat, 80 gram spring, 110 degrees F ambient temperature, 450' elevation above sea level Finally got the jetting recommendations from groupK...

Update: Probably was just extra flooded. While waiting on some extra hands to flip the ski over, I got on it's side toward the exhaust assuming that this would help push anything in the case out the exhaust ports....Had it completely disconnected from the fuel and got it to fire up and it ran...

Yeah, tried brand new plugs

From trying to start so many times, I can now hear fuel sloshing inside the chamber on the pipe. Could it just be so flooded that it won't clear? should i pop the plugs and flip it upside down and try to run the cases dry by turning the engine over several seconds?

They only hook up one way, plus I tried a different CDI, so I would think that would rule it out. switching back to the other CDI for now anyway

ok, so doing a few mods to my SN and have it all buttoned back up. got it started briefly and then buttoned up the e-box and put it back in....went to run on the hose and would only run for a couple of seconds. When I try to start it it will sputter every several rotations and IS igniting...

if you are just looking to bore the 6m6 to a 701 then it will work with new top end. swapping on 701 cylinders & head will work too, but you have to clearance the cases.
