    65v vs 62t 144 nozzle

I have a modified 65V nozzle that i milled to accept my Xscream OG trim. I put it on my M1 as an experiment. It definitely felt more playful. It was like a little more "loose". Yes it added a bit of static trim as well. I removed it because i felt like it was easier to chase boats with my 62T...

    Major bog issue

oh dang! I should have guessed. That happened to me last season with my Protec Mach II... Glad you found it! I don't blame you for wanting to ride over wrench. I am thinking about buying a TR1 SJ for just that reason.

    Major bog issue

Check the internal fuel filter and all the jets for cloggs. it's not the temp sensor, and if it's bogging then eventually "flames out" (shuts off?) then i would not think it is electrical. This sounds fuel related.

Pole spring replacement. way easier than I expected

I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the bolt into alignment with the hole because the spring was trying to hard to put the bolt towards the nose of the ski. I would tap the bolt with a mallet, check alignment, ratchet the bolt into position (or release it, depending on alignment) and repeat...

Other What did you fab up today? A thread for the home fabricators!

Honing Bench My home made honing bench uses a harbor freight parts washer tub (every other part besides the tub itself is trashed). I plumbed in a shut off valve to the bottom, using 3/8 lines into an oil filter. The motor is from amazon, and is meant for fuel transfers (it's a gear pump). I...

If You Think Pole Breathers Are Enough.....

Here are my notes from today's notebook. The ski only has Pole breathers. Is that enough? When i rev the ski (yes on dry land), the hood does suck down into the seals aggressively. This means there is vacuum inside the bay. I don't know how much, but right now i know that i don't want it. Lets...

If You Think Pole Breathers Are Enough.....

This is such an awesome thread. I have an M1 with a ported 701, PFP, and Dual 46. I have only pole breathers. On top of this, probably 10% of the cross sectional area of said breathers is taken up by cables. Maybe i will take a quick rip with the hood off to see if it makes a difference. Close...

    Jet Ski fun w/ ChatGPT

yea AI is doing a great job of finding info and speaking with relative syntax to make it feel real! However, like Half flip said, AI uses whatever the most popularly visited sites are to pull info from. Sadly most info is from forums where people's posts can be very inaccurate.
