    PRO-TEC rec head 701 o-ring size

I do not know the answer to your question. However can you use calipers to measure the groove and purchase o-rings from mcmaster or even a hardware store maybe? I see you have a Mach 2 pipe. I am beuilding a 760 with a mach 2 pipe. Interested to see how it is. Never used one before.

    Jetmaniac 735 Carb Question

You and I have very similar builds. I am nearly at sea level, so keep that in mind. I have 35cc domes. You should run those. Here are my carb specs. My ski runs great at full throttle for any period of time, and hits off the bottom very well. The only issue, is maybe a little rich for starting...

    Super Jet 46 carb

Veryyy interesting. So you think power basically falls almost strait off at a certain RPM once the pressure wave just isn't making it back fast enough for the shorter exhaust port opening time? I am familiar with the concept of the two waves and how they work. I installed a switch on my ski to...

    Super Jet 46 carb

Curious where you are at with this setup. Got it working? I have a Blue Ported bottom/top 735 with lightened flywheel, high comp head, B pipe, MSD enhancer and a 10/16 Hooker. Dual 38s on it now. I have it tuned very well, hits great down low and I had GPS at 53mph. Not 100% sure on the RPM. I...

    Pump Pressure

not sure what you are saying by posting this link. I did try to search the forum! I came up with nothing. I supposed i could have spent hours searching, but why? It's ok tho. I DON'T want this thread turning into drama! If you are upset that i asked this question, I apologize.

    Pump Pressure

What you are referring to is the acceleration of the water. Delta P is proportional to the acceleration. The pressure at the nozzle is the pressure at the nozzle regardless.

    Pump Pressure

Besides that being a very quick Calc-stimate, I think the error is in multiplying by 3 (3 blades). I think one of each of those blades covers nearly one rotation right? So it's more like 5,400/3 in that case. That's 1800gpm. EDIT: Although.. with 3 blades each moving the 3 inches of water for...

    Pump Pressure

Holy crap this is awesome. Thanks all! (mostly JC lol). I asked because i have been experimenting with a on/off valves to temporarily dry my B-Pipe for top speed runs. My pipe is currently tuned for mid-Range, and i ran 49mph GPS. I may even put more water in for lower RPM power band, which...

    RIPPER FINGER THROTTLE

Nice! I like it. I will suggest to run a large radius rounding end mill on the front side. I think the biggest complaint with the most hated finger throttle on the market (blowsion) is the squareness of the front side. I had one and it began to actually pinch my nerves in my finger.

    Pump Pressure

I am curious if anyone has done any tests to see how much pressure is generated at the cooling line inlet. For example, if we took a cooling line end, capped it off, and put a gauge right there, what would the gauge read? Just out of curiosity. Thanks!
