Surpejet Foam problem
You essentially need to cut out the tray and remove all foam and put in closed cell foam or ping pong balls. I also sealed off those holes with a few layers of 3m 5200- DocPhil

Removing a bilge pump
Debond marine is the only thing I have found that will dissolve 5200. Spray on, let it sit for a bit and gently pry off -
