^I second that. The only other thing I do or know of is to turn it by hand with no compression ie take the plugs out and feel for smothness, clanking, or sticking and that doesn't tell you the crank doesn't neccessarily need a rebuild just that it might not

Also are you still using the stock thru hull cooling line and or bilge line because the kawasaki stock cooling line tips are to small and need to be drilled out or cut for more flow, they work fine for a stock boat running single cooling but anything else and they are to restrictive

Sorry just reread your post and realized you have a small pin, I think the cylinder for the 750's stayed the same except for the port timing between the big and small pin but again I would make sure you talk to reputable builder.
