Anyone using the extended throw steering cable from Shmitty?

I think his name is Shmitty on here.

We would be using all of our own steering components, but I like the idea of having a cable with an extra .5 inches of throw.

Anyone here have any experience with it and/or feedback?

Thanks for the link Shmity1 is the user. He sells a complete steering system with a cable that has 1/2" more throw that the older SJ OEM cables. Just wondering if anyone has used that.

Yah, I just installed it on my 08 SJ. I was used to the god awful throw of the 08+ SJ stock steering so this is an incredible change. I can actually get some throw for tricks and what not. It works great! I'm not sure what pre 08 SJ's steering was like but the system Shmitty offers is great.
