So it seems like just about every pipe on the market has been stuffed into a SJ hull at one point or another, but I haven't seen anything on anyone trying an SXR Factory Pipe into a SJ ...

Saw the pipe on Blowsion's site, and the only claim is better low end ... does anyone know if the pipe will fit? And, will it mate on a Yamaha headpipe?

The header sections on a FP "B" pipes are identicle for both Kawis and Yamahas. The manifolds are different to fit the different cylinder bolt patterns. The expansion chambers are tuned for the specific motor they were designed for, ex Yamaha expansion chamber for a 701. To run a Kawasaki expansion chamber on a Yamaha most likely wouldn't give you optimum performance.

My cousin is going to give this a try once he has the time, he got an old pipe B pipe from a kawi, he is going to try and beat it in and if that dose not work cut and weld it.. will let you know how it goes.

creative but.... really.... wtf would you wanna do that

Why do people run Yamaha chambers on X-2s, or Blaster Mod Chambers in a Super Jet?

The thing is, Factory Pipe hasn't put any R&D into the SJ pipe since they first introduced the thing, but with the introduction of the SXR pipe, maybe they knew a little more about what makes the 2-stroke's tick? Just figured I'd throw it out there and see if it could be done, or if it had been done ... isn't that what the purpose of the board is? ;)

Here's a picture of the pipe I was talking about.
