has anyone put a smaller tank in there x2? if so can you show me pictures etc..

whats the advantage of that? still a 20ltr tank right?? after something around the 10ltr mark-

SJ tank fit ok not like a glove more like pants the are too tight. I'm working on an alum tank right now to fit the x2 with all these crazy chambers people run.

I ran a 9l kart tank for a while, loved it.. Made it so easy to work on everything, which as you all know is a very common thing. Look through my build thread I'm sure that there are pics of it.

How about an FX1 tank, isn't it slightly smaller?

just use a 4 L gas tank like the red ones you would use to fill up your chain saw

I just installed a 550 tank to go with my X2. I like it. I'll have pictures up in my build thread in a few days.

So i ened up fitting an sxr chamber in my ski and went for the Kart tank option rather than melting the shizen out of my tank.. anyway 9ltr and with the new twin 46's i get 2 good 15-20 min rides out of the tank... not much more you can ask.... takes 1 min to get it out and dont even need to remove the brace. Here is a pic, no new mounts to make, no rmeoving of old can convert back to the other tank if i wanted to..
