Trying to figure out if a SJ starter can be removed without pulling the exhaust manifold and all that crap. I've got it loose but can't seem to wiggle it out.

I've gotten it past the o-ring...It's hanging on something else now. Maybe cooling lines. I'm afraid to give it some force in the event that I might rip the positive stud off.

You running a B pipe? if so It's hanging on the cooling line fitting under the manifold.

i think its easier just to pull the motor, but i have quick connects on all the electrics just for that reason. turn it, pull it, but its gotta come straight back. dont be affraid to take the exhaust loose just to give you an inch or so. b pipes do have the main inlet that is right in your way
