What do I do with this thing???

I just picked up a 91 Yamaha VXR hull. Basically, everything is in it but the motor and ebox. (I know it has an AM intake grate, but I'll be able to check out the prop and pump tomorrow)
I happen to have a running 650 motor and ebox on the shelf in my garage... so.... do you guys think I should put the motor in and getting running and then sell it as a running ski - OR - part it out???? It needs some cleaning up, but it's in great shape! ...I could use some of the parts for a SN build...

I wouldn't put any motor in that thing, they handle so poorly. I take my random hulls to the BFI transfer station for disposal.

putting an engine in that thing and selling it wouldnt bring you much more money than the engine alone..... then theres your time...

Sorry too much work into the WR500 hull to start over now,You know what I do find it ironic that everyone here thinks the VXR stand up conversion is so cool,other than the larger pump not much difference between the vxr and Waverunner 500 hulls.To each his own I say.:kabong:

Same exact boat I used....16' Carolina Skiff.
