Team Bill inspired RN

Hard to beat for that price, but will that hood stay together beating it in the surf?

I love visual carbon, might not be the way to go but if its layed up right it looks sweet. My new ski is all visual carbon.

I run a team bill topdeck/hood/pole, and its super tough! its been through failed br's on both flat and surf by bill and myself and stays perfect. and his newer stuff is even lighter.

agreed, I think it looks good on ski's, plus for people like me who cant paint, you dont have to spend another 1K in paint...

A lot of the mod's/people on this site should really get a life. There is a life after the internet. Just sayin

They are just trying to keep the peace. No one likes deleted posts, but sometimes its for the best. Greez is trying to show his hood.

I do like visual carbon.

For $350 shipped, I can't see why anybody would complain about how the carbon 'looks;' for that price, if you aren't happy about that then have it painted.

Nice hood....looks great IMO.

The concern is if it's not finished properly it will oxidize quickly. Riverrat had a visual carbon skin on his Waterdawg handlepole that turned completely white after sitting in the sun within a few hours. A good coat of clear takes care of it though.

That concenr was already adressed in thins thread.

I personally thought it looked great in person!

Im not sure why some people have to nit pick things..its carbon fiber..simply being carbon fiber is badazz in itself! Don't bust the dudes nutz for the fibers not lining up straight. The price is great as well!

I have paid nearly the same amount for CF parts on my Yamaha R6, and they weren't nearly as big or complex.

These pictures don't do your ski justice tho! Lookin good.

I don't think giving an opinion like you just did qualifies as nit picking... or is it just because it's coming from someone else??? My opinion is that it looks bad for visual carbon, you like it... fantastic.

Is this an original design hood or a splash of another hood manufacturer? What is the advantage of using a 'goose' pole?
