61x (701) is the regular cylinders which superjet use the std size is 81mm
the max size is 83.5mm without any risk and 84mm is the real max size

62t (701)is the regular cylinders which blaster use the std size is 81mm
the max size is 83.5mm without any risk and 84mm is the real max size

62t(760) is the cylinders which blaster use the max size without any risk is 84.5mm and 85mm the real max size

64x(760)???????? i don't know where yamaha installed but the max size without any risk is 85.5mm and the real max size is 86mm

Wavedemon ran a stock 760 sleeve with over 86mm for some time....but safe max in 85mm yes...

GroupK says 84.5 is still safe.
I've known people to run them at 85mm.
Keep in mind that a properly set up engine with a good port job will give you more power than a slightly higher displacement engine that's not set up so well.
I certainly wouldn't buy big bore sleeves, go through all the trouble and expense of installing and porting them, and then go immediately to the max bore. That's just stupid.

What are you going to use for a Piston at 86.5mm?
Riva is 86mm max.
Wiseco is 86mm max.
Kawasaki Wiseco sm.pin big bore is 85.5mm max.

The casting may be the same (I don't know), but the sleeves are for sure different.
