Inside diameter of a SN pole spring

Anyone have an idea what the inside diameter of the pole spring for a SN superjet is,IE what size bolt or shaft will physically fit inside the spring?

.83" or roughly 21mm, both measurements have a little wiggle room. Once compressed the inside diameter will shrink a bit.

Yes, but the bolts and spring ID's are all the same. I have an SXR one that is the same dia as well.

Yes but I had noticed that the inside of the spring was much larger than the bolt that went through it.

When I was playing around with tension I could get that inner diameter to close in on the bolt. I would go with the oem bolt diameter and not go any larger.

Its not going to be big enough of an inside diameter for what I need,I cannot say what I am using it on ,I am under a gag order.

i needed a bolt for my SN with a RN pole on it and just about fell over when the 14mm factory size bolt was $35+. i drilled out the pole bracket and bushings and used a 5/8" grade 8 bolt from the local hardware store.
