I'm really hoping you put more than that tiny little piece of glass back there. It'll conform, don't worry about it....my tray was reconstructed damn near to the rear bond line.

yes that was just the first few layers. Shop helper quit taking pictures after pic #4. 3 of the glass and one of a dog. I put many layers on top and coverd it with a large piece.. will get final pic tomorrow.
I still need to take a pic of the right side inside rear bond line, just above the exhaust exit hole. THat area came out real nice.

You're one of the lucky ones. That back bond area/pump cavity being in the way area is such a PITA!

I didn't even fool with glass. I just slathered epoxy best I could. But, AS didn't have the crack issue like the HS does.

You should of put some chopped up glass in there with the epoxy. Straight epoxy isnt very strong by its self.
I know...but if anything it would have been microballoons. But remember I wasn't dealing with a$$ crack issues like moonunit

I'll bet my ____ that AJ's ski from the bulkhead back is now super solid. Glass goes from the top of the tray sides all the way down to the bottom of the hull, bond line filled with microballoons and epoxy. His tray is now multiple layers of biax too.

Hooter will be bullet proof when im done, believe me. The only thing I can think of is someone came down on the back bond line allowing it to hit the bottom of the gulf, and im sure it wasnt moonunit.
As far as her bondline, its good from the pole back. Well you saw the pictures.
