Video is a compressed format. It can only be "rendered" smaller.

sendthisfile only stores for 2 day, after that it's gone. I don't know about the size limit.

Torr 5 minutes for 300Meg AIN'T WORTH IT!.
It will take 20+ minutes to download. I have a monthly allowance of 5,000GB per month and most videos get 1000+ hits. You would kill my limit in the first week. Good luck.

Hey, all. this is SuziQ`s "IT Guy" sounds like you need to either split the file into smaller chunks or find a host. If you want to split it up, you can use http://www.dekabyte.com/filesplitter/download.html to do it. I would advise splitting into <50mb chunks, then let anyone interested re-assemble them. It`s really easy, and you won`t have so much trouble finding a host. Let me know if you still need a temporary host for the big file, and I may be able to help out.

ok.demy,I know you only have that much bandwidth,Dont sweat it,later on we can put it there at 240x340 like the rest,but you are not understanding what im trying to do,superjett has tons of vids and a server with plenty of bandwith,I only need a temp host like yousendit for him to able to download it ONCE,the last try with them i got 250mb up,and when i went back to download it,only took 4 min or so.im sure superjett and jerry have faster lines than them also.I disagree I think 300megs IS worth 5 min cause it looks juse like a dvd playing.at least for awhile then after most everyone has it we can host it low res from then on,cause who cares then.

cosmo,Im trying to keep this as simple as possible,I either need to zip this file and send it smaller on sendthisfile or find some other host preferably that will take 400 meg.I dont have win zip on this laptop,andthe stupid cd burner wont burn it to dvd,its actin up also. I tried to zip some large movie files on my desktop to no avail,im decent at vid editing but the rest of this comp guru thing is not my bag.id prefer to find a dang decent temp host for 400 meg direct and be done with it.

alright found one of the file senders in the list that works with uploads of 400meg,but they are superslow and up and down,sent the link to superjett and primetime.for full res hosting
tried to compress the file with a free eval ver of winzip,but it would only compress down 4% smaller with that ver ? ANyone know what ver I need and how to zip this kinda file much smaller for sending out to host?

lol trust me i kniow,superjett is downloading it right now,i dont have much confidence in these file sending apps so we shall see,
