Hopefully this vid uploads...hoping for some suggestions to getting plate to plate. I pointed my throttle lever almost straight down, focus on keeping tucked with pole on hood, pre hop to the left and crank the bars to the stop to the right at take off and I still can't get it all the way around. Any advice will help at this point.

Hey Cam - lean forward more. Make sure your pole is flat on the hood, and pull your legs up to your ass. I can see your legs being straight. Also, try getting a bit more air - a pre-hop should help.
Looking good for first tries!

Since your engine is kind of weak, speed is good.
The boat may be going a bit too fast for a good wake.
What boat & size boat is it?

tell them to slow down the boat to about 12-15 mph, it will cause the tail to dig into the water deeper and make a larger swell. you are going too fast with the ski also. when you crank the bars to the stop, hammer the throttle as soon as the nose of your ski comes off the wake. the pump should rotate the ski, not you.

Last one...body position was way off on this one.

after watching vid 3, it looks like an anticipation issue, as matt stated with the body english. it looks like you're dragging the ski to the side when you go inverted, instead of tucking your body and going with the flow.

3/4 of the way through the roll it looks like he's pulling the ski downward just trying to stay on the ski. it's fighting the roll from being completed.

What not to do...feet came out of the holds. Ski beat me in the chest pretty good.

what all do you have done to that ski? and props to barreling the 650 i tried it in to ocean but it was the biggest mistake of my life lol plus i don't have holds

You name it. Not a ton of engine work, no porting but shaved head westcoast pipe, 44sbn carb, pjs waterbox out of a 550(really light but annoyingly whiney). Everything and then some as far as cosmetics and handling...tubbies,rev holds, custom nose piece, custom carbon wrapped roundnose pole -6", custom hood baffle with holds, shortened hull -2", prop,ww cone, toploader, kart tank, 5lb battery...I'm not going to list everything but you get the idea. Just about as much as I can do to it and probably more than anyone would every dream of putting into a 650. Thanks for the props!
