ive had this carb in my shop for a couple of years. i got it just how you see it in the pics.
it has a hole tapped for what looks like a 3rd jet under the valve body. it also had an 1/8" barbed fitting coming out of the side of it. it looks like a primer fitting, but it is between the internal filler and the needle and seat.... possibly a restricted return? it doesnt have fuel in and out nipples, they look to have never been drilled from the factory, so im guessing it uses an external fuel pump. the bell has 12 small holes drilled in it as a shower ring instead of a bombsite. the bottom 2 mounting holes in the flange are threaded. the adjustors look to have been professionally "T-handled". it has 3 low circuit holes, as opposed to 4. the top measure 170mm and the bottom measures 45mm, butit steps in a little where the butterfly goes. the numbers on the flat part of the flange read:
