I haven't ridden in the ocean in about 3 years and ive only ridden surf 2 times so today was a warm up session. the waves were about 4-6 seconds apart, it was like a washing machine out there. i was starting to pull off some decent surf slashes then hit one a little late, stabbed bottom and took the bar end to the knee cap. that ended the day. im here for 2 more days so i hope to get some decent video.

this one bent the back left corner of my pro-tec ride plate. so far a busted knee and bent plate on day one.

today was nice even though the high was 48. the last set of breakers were a good size tor Texas coast. definitely better than crystal beach. Lone star freeride needs to be moved to Port A.

I agree, Port A is like my second home. Great spot for skis.

Lone star freeride needs to be moved to Port A.

This has been discussed before but no one wanted to do enough work to make it happen. This year it will be at Surfside. I don't remember the outcome of the Port A discussion, you could search. There really isn't anyone who is against moving the LSFR but up until now Crystal Beach suited our needs, and crowd, the best. Hopefully Surfside will make a close second!

finally got some audio, they pulled my zepplin so i ended up picking a song from their "approved" list and that took 3 days to finally show up in the vid.
