Hi Guys
Giving that the dollar is getting really quite strong against the GBP with thought we’d show you our new Total loss.
We’re using the same electronic board components as before retaining the reliability of our existing system but altered the board dimensions so we can fit this in a smaller box. We wanted to be able to fit the ECU in the OEM electric box. Now we have made a billet aluminium enclosure that is exactly the same dimensions as the OEM CDI. We have listened to all of the comments customers have made over the last 4 years of selling these and have come up with fitting the control within the stock electric box, using the stock wiring harness and connectors alleviating any installer error problems i.e. bad connections and keeping everything as waterproof as possible.
Now if you look in the engine bay there is no way of seeing that it has a Total Loss fitted.
Existing features:
-The unit is still fully PC programmable and runs 2 side by side curves. When riding you can switch over to the second curve and back again, no need to beach your ski first.
-Either the purchaser can program their own curves with the program lead (optional extra) or we will do this before the unit is shipped. If at any point you want the curves changing ATP will re-program box foc to the original purchaser. The programming really is quite easy so if you are in a different country just buy the programming lead.
-Set the rev limiter etc
-Lightweight Flywheel
-Stator plate and pick up
New features:
- Billet ECU fit into your OEM electric box. Black anodised satin finish and laser engraved.
- Using OEM wiring harness
- Ignition stops on the button, no run on
- To program just remove fuse cap on electric box to access the program lead connectors.
- No need to externally switch off the unit. The built in “sleep mode” will turn off when engine activity ceases, it will power up again within 2 seconds of detecting engine movement. The “sleep mode” only consumes 8 millamps so no need to worry about battery drain
The price of the Total Loss to non EU customers is £724. As a guideline at today’s exchange $$ rate the cost would be approx $1077 plus shipping.
Any questions “fire” away.
Chris
