Custom/Hybrid can somebody help

I have been building a golf cart for awhile now and i have put airbag suspension on it and 13" wheels so it lays frame but am trying to find a motor. I have located a js550 motor but am wondering how to cool it weather a radiator and electric water pump or what? I have a elactric water pump and radiator but how much pressure does it need to cool it.I also am wondering about a drypipe and if i could converte a wet pipe to dry?
Thanks

It's not really the pressure of the water you gotta worry about, but that as much water as possible is passing through there that's as cool as possible.

I'd STRONGLY recommend using a air-cooled 2 or 4 cycle engine for this purpose for simplicity.

x2 you wanna make it zing get a motor cycle motor, or go electric, some motors they have out are in the mid 30's and can go along way, out run a gas golf cart in the low end and cost less to run, electric motors are cheaper as well. I have rebuilt several and ridden in a few fast ones, 30-40 is plenty fast...
