Hello everyone,

SubnSXR and I rode yesterday and it was my first ride with a FVC. I have the blue adjustable one. I used my pop off gauge and set it at 4.5 psi and I honestly did not notice any difference though. I was wondering what everybody else was setting their FCV's up at?

Thanks

The only time it would help is after extended idling when the waterbox would fill up with water .Once you blow it out and are riding constantly there is no difference .
Over rated IMO

Im starting to think that they are overrated. I will work on dialing in a few more things before I decide. I blip the throttle a lot when riding anyways to keep the waterbox clear, so maybe that is keeping me from noticing a huge difference.

That is what makes it so great, it never has that bottom end bog. For surf riding you can do without, but for flat water, it keeps the throttle responce crisp for coming out of a setup wake. Worth the $50 IMO.

I remember Slutty telling me his ski wont run right without it, I put his on my ski and noticed a huge difference of off Idle brap.

Try it with, and without at the water and tell me it dont make a difference.

I will have to do that test back to back to really get a true feeling for it.

But your exhaust will always be much hotter. The flow control valve opens up flow at mid range to wide open keeping the exhaust cool.
Surprisingly no problem, the drypipes have had that for a long time and thats all the water they get injected past the pipe.

My drypipe was in there for 2 years since I have had it with no problems.....till I had to pull it on saturday for other reasons.
