'08 guy's running the Hooker, are you happy?

I recently put in my hooker 9/15 and I have to say, my stock 2008 stainless impeller feels every bit as efficient as this Hooker. The even look the same from a basic visual inspection. The hub shape, size and taper look to be the same as well as the blade shape and angle. The stock Yamaha prop is cutback just as far as this one also (right to the base). I am thinking I would rather have $250 in my pocket that a shiny version of my stocker.

Who else is running this Hooker and what do you think?

I only have basic mods, limited pipe, 35cc domes, and FCV.

Thanks in advance,

I would have taken pics but I had no camera, I had to do the swap an my storage building because thats where my workbench and vice are. I already put my stock prop in my girlfriends ski becasue the stock aluminium one was ragged out badly. I really wish I would have gotten some pics. I also noticed once insalled that the new Hooker had more clearance between the blades and wear ring, maybe twice as much gap as my stock prop did??? I was told a very noticable bottom end increase and 2mph off top, I feel no difference over stock, it may even be a tad worse?

No thanks, I will prob end up keeping it as my girlfriends ski needs one. I may get it repitched over the winter, plus I am going to try and get this 66e in there, I will need a repitch then I think. Might as well do it once.

Not yet, I called up there to talk to him yesterday, but he wasn't there so I left a message.

You guys are all so close but its (F)art (C)learing (V)ent, you know, when you shake your pant leg to evacuate the scent of man.
