Hmmmmm, thought they only had that problem down in Georgia....:bananalama:maybe most of you guy's already figured this out but I hate the fact that after you drop the batt. bolt in the bilge because the batt. bolt is not long enough when you put the cable on it is frustrating a 1/4" fuel line will cure this problem
OH NO you started it now lol:shooter3:Hmmmmm, thought they only had that problem down in Georgia....:bananalama:
Good point, you know they even have a Wallmart in Ketchican!quit buying cheap batteries. that'll stop that problem.
You going to have something for us to ride in Daytona next year???oh, and sorry to hear you lost your nuts and your bolt isn't long enoughoke:
Good, I'd much rather be buying beer and gas than shipping ski's across the USA.:skull2:yep!

yeah I have done the same thing of course I also bought a expensive oddessey battery and the stud's twist off inside anyway thought I would share this idea with everyone.Yeah I always steal the good nuts out of the old batteries, the thin nuts in the new batteries are damn useless.

yeah they are a pain huh. sometimes I just amaze myself lol :twak:I like it. I have been doing something similar for years. I then go another step farther and put a zip tie around the post. That assures me that the inner bolt wont slide around.
