i would think so.

i am running stock nose piece, stock hood, with blowsion lowered bracket, blowsion spring and blowsion hood hooks.

i dont see why a lowered hood would cause any issues, if anything it would give you more room

well its definitely not all there in the looks department with a stock pole, but it sure is functional.

im all for buying parts one at a time...money doesnt grow on trees

It´s the wammer/lenzi bracket.....They are similars... Wammer gave me this bracket when i bought his hull...

THey sell it as part of the freestyle kit (https://www.wamiltons.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=24) you can call and see if he'd sell it seperate. The only one I see listed by itself is the RRP bracket.
