SX 650 turf rails ;-)

Well finally got round to turfing the side rails on my sx 650, its my first attempt at turfing and im quite pleased with the results :biggrin:, makes the ski look great, loads better than the massive plastic side rails,:smokin:

Also fitted are hydro turf pole pad, and i cut down the chin pad

Think I may get some Kawasaki green diamond cut turf for the tray and kick boards and fit some foot holds.

yep had them off ebay from an sx55o , trying to stop the back from skipping out, still skips out but with much more control, it is my first year with a stand up after 10 yrs on a sit down, i needed a little help

Thanks for the comments , i brought the ski for £170 uk pounds on a trailer, the rest was all my work, to get it to look like this today, first year on a stand-up and have to say im loving it , SJ next year but think i will still hang on to this little baby,

I agree. This is definitely the nicest 650sx I have ever seen. Great job with it! Great job with the pole pad too. That makes a big difference

yes when you compare the standard pad to mine it stand over 3 inchs higher and looks horrible, im very happy with that mod
