Marijuana that expands in your lungs to the point that you cough so bad that your eyes water and you have snot and saliva hanging out of your mouth and nose. The user who smokes blowsion usually soils the smoking utensil with saliva and/or snot.
I had to take Becky to the ER last night after she took a hit of some blowsion. She coughed so hard she has a partially collapsed lung.
