I found an easy way to get the coupler on both the headpipe and chamber if you're having a tough time... figured I would share it to help out anyone who also finds it being a PITA...
The first time I put my pipe together I just used some windex and I had it together in 2 trys... this last time I tried putting it back together it wouldnt go after about 2 hours! What a PITA... I tried stretching it in the vise, windex, and heating it up in the oven..... this is the only way I got it to work:
Put the hose clamps both on the chamber... expanded out so they slide well onto the chamber... then put windex on the coupler and slide it on the chamber past where it is supposed to sit... leave about 1/4" hanging over the edge... slide chamber up to the headpipe and push the little 1/4" onto the headpipe and then slip the coupler onto where it is supposed to sit... slip hose clamps over the coupler and tighten...
This should solve anyone having problems with fitting the coupler on the headpipe and chamber...
hope this helps someone...
