I have been reading for the last month, and enjoying every minute .
Great informative forum for freeride and freestyle
A little about the standup scene around here .
We are very small country 7 million Jewish residences, with great weather all year round, with a nice 100 mile shoreline to the Mediterranean Sea.
Wave are medium in size around 2 to 5 feet,50 % off the time ,mostly choppy
The pwc market sales 40 standups per year, among 300 or more sitdown
The hardcore of freeride stand up community is around 50 guys ,that most of the time riding on the surf.
Most of us running the same setup as you 62t case with ported 61x done by different sources like r&r wamilton ,single carb bored to 48 mine done by scott from SRE
Ada heads ,lowered hoods,and all the goodys,10 years ago
The standup is around here from 1988 only a few of them ,while in 1998 the pwc got boosted in sales ,during the rick roy era.
There were annual racing seasons until 5 years ago, and a freeride racer that took 5th place in freeride tour at Biarritz france in 2001
After a little reading I know we share the same riding issue ,hope I can shere some cheep tricks in maintaninig the ski,photos
I sincerely hope that one day we could all transport our skis to a different location around the world or even meet
