I'm working on costs and finalizing plans for my vacation.

We want to visit seaworld in San Diego, CA for 1 day and we need a safe place to store my skis (1 stand-up, 1 sit-down) while there. I was looking for a dry-dock around Oceanside, but I can't find anything.

Anyone know where there's a good dry-dock near Oside that I can store my skis for 24 hours? Anyone have any idea what I could expect to spend on ski babysitting?

Thanx!

you can

keep them in my garage. its in irvine 92659 at my moms house. or call up a local impound and just pay them a 1 day storage i know that would be safe.

Wow! Thanx 2006SJ!

This is probably the wrong time to be asking this question, I think. I'd expect most everyone to be away on holiday. I'll revisit this topic first friday of next year. :)

There is a free parking lot at Oside Harbor. I will get some details from Ross, but I believe you could leave your trailer there. Not secure but I think they would be fine with a lock for a night.
Where are you coming from?

I'm coming from NM.

We're toying with bunches of idea right now, and a few of the ideas have us leaving our skis for a few hours in the city to half a day in the National forest. My wife is scared to death of our skis getting stolen. I think the skis will be fine if we chain the skis to the trailer, take off the trailer wheels, and padlock the trailer to the hitch. They're old skis anyways at 87 and 92. They look old too.
