I am also in need of some of the rubber boots for the lanyard switch. It seems that since it is depressed most of the time it cracks and fail sooner than the others. I tried to get John at JSS to sell me this discrete part as I know he has them, but he said it was not in his business model to sell this part individually. I offered $20 for ONE but he would not bite. :banghead:He only offers the whole switch cluster rebuild for $60 or $70 something dollars. I could not understand why he would not jump at the chance to make 1000% profit on this item but he would not budge. I am quite capable of rebuilding the switch cluster myself but this high failure part is not offered by itself from Yamaha. Oh well I guess a little silicone might have to do the trick for a while until I can find a better one..
