has anyone ever heard of this place, i ordered a head from them 2nd day shipping, the day after i ordered (it says ships 24 hours) i got a message saying that due to high demand the shipping was going to be a day late. its been another 2 days and i need to have the address changed because im leaving town for Christmas break, and its not going to get here on time, so i tried to call there 1800 number and it says its been disconnected. it didn't bother me that much until i called and the number was disconnected how i think its a little shady.......anyone?

ebay store? i want to say I've heard the shop's name before, but I don't think I have ordered anything through them before.

strange, i tried both that (the 204 number is their service line) that just kept on ringing (tried 3-4 times thoughout the past couple of days) and the 1800 number says its disconnected. I finally sent them an e-mail and within a half hour got a tracking number.

and for some reason they charged my account and put the same ammount on hold, making twice the order price come off my account...they better fix that.
we will see

got a really sweet deal on an ada head though and shipping is really cheap (if all goes well) i would be pretty happy

I ordered a head from them last year.. Got it with no problems...??

that double charge is really not what it seems.
they run the card through but put a hold on it until shipped.
i had someone do that with paypal once as well.

I got everything from them no problems.......they have ada heads for really cheap, dont know why there 1800 number dosent work, but no complaints here
