panel fuser? I"m a newb to this and workin with fiberglass. this is what I have coming from us composites But I think thats all just for fiberglassing not gluing the holds in. I want these to be in there good and strong.

Fiberglass mat - http://www.uscomposites.com/specialty.html
Use DBM 1208 Biaxial - catalog # FG-120850
Order 3 - 4 yards (definitely extra in there but it's good to have)
$8.25/yard

Epoxy - http://www.uscomposites.com/epoxy.html
Order the 4:1 Fast Cure Kit
1 Gallon Kit resin/1 quart hardener
Catalog # EPOX-63541
$54.00

Foam - http://www.uscomposites.com/foam.html
Order the 3LB. Denisty Foam
You can order either the 4LB ($18.95) kit or the 16LB ($56.00) kit.
The 4LB is more than plenty for footholds, but if you want extra, order the 16LB.
Catalog #
4LB - # FOAM-0304
16LB - # FOAM-0316

Filler - http://www.uscomposites.com/fillers.html
Use this stuff occasionally for making putty with epoxy. Some use it, some don't.
Order it anyway, it's cheap.
Aerosil-Cabosil - 2 /2 qt
Catalog # FL-AER025
$5.00

Here you go and use 404 filler.

You need filler to mix into your resin

Yes this will work but I like the milled fibers more for your application.

I am a NEWB to fiberglass so I"m going at this blind really.

I was gonna follow the directions from wammers site. Epoxy them in, then glass them in after. I'm nervous, because I don't know the right amout of stuff to apply, and whens to much or not enough. I want it to hold well and not leak.

Wamilton uses Fasco 110 to epoxy the footholds in
I used it on mine with no probs.

here are the 24/7 instructions I used the first time I ever did footholds. They helped me a lot because I was scared to death to cut my ski apart... it turned out to be pretty easy.

http://www.247innovations.com/pwc/Installation/bindings.htm

Using SMC panel fuser, PC7, or any equivalent (2 part Epoxy Adhesive) put a generous bead around the edge of the entire binding

Insert the bindings and press firmly so that the fit is as snug as possible.

Use included stainless screws to secure the bindings to the hull and draw the bindings snug.

Use a spatula to smooth and feather the excess adhesive. This should leave a gradual taper from the binding to the hull.

Oh Yeah U Can Get It From US Composite
Look Under Adhesives
Wamilton Can Get It For u
Just Call & Ask Him
Or Like I Said US Composites

Good Luck, HAMMER

I use self tapping sheet metal screws then pull them out after epoxy dries.
