I would say waterdawg..........but I got a carbon skin that turned completly white in the sun and now looks like crap. Construction is solid. The RRP is nice but I don't like how it is completly straight then makes the bend at the turn plate.

has anyone ever used a rick roy or waterdawg pole i have not seen very many on skis but i like the look of the rick roy pole.

i snapped the pole on my SXR, and went with the UMI for a year. it is a great pole, but now i have the rick roy, and love it!!

just my opinion.

I would just ride with the XMW pole. If you just want something different I would go RRP. The waterdawg pole is nice but it is a matter of availablity

RRP very heavy.......all the chinpads look FUGLY!!!!!!!

xmetal has that sleek look.......

XFT is pretty sweet as well....

ive never seen a WDK pole

U sure, have you used one.

My concerns w/ X-metal is how many I have seen w/ the paint flaking off at top and bottom (casted areas) do to water sitting in the porous cast and rusting forcing the powder coat / paint off. I also would prefer to run my pole tight WITH a spring as well and it is difficult to do this w/ X-Metal pole.
it is a SEXY pole though.
The A/c is very strong and functional, but FUGLY. This is what I use now and am also looking for other options such as RRP or WDK.

The above is my opinion only.

XMETAL!!

IMO it looks soooo much cleaner then ALL the rest! The new XMETAL poles are now a little lighter too. Just be aware that the XMW pole doesn't use any spring and requires you to run the stiffy bolts.

not if you don't use the x-metal bracket... you can use any other bracket with the x-metal pole. but if you run the x-metal bracket, then your using bolts.
