Hey everyone,
I just wanted to give you all a heads up that live in Southern California.
Last week on Thursday I thought I would ride on Puddingstone Lake and test out my new Wet Pipe. I got there when most of the people were getting off the lake around 5:30. I just cruised around and didnt try anything too crazy until everybody was off the water.
The only people on the water were my roommates (one on his X2 and the other on his Blaster), and the patrol that was sitting at various points on the lake in the no wake zone.
I was trying nose stab 180's and Barrel Flops (i land upside down still) and the patrol didn't seem to care. I figured since there was only 3 skis on the entire lake that everything was ok with them. I did a few subs also where the lifeguards could see. They didn't seem to mind.
But after about and hour of ridding, the patrol comes up to me on their boat, right after I did a sub, and the guy tells me that he was going to write me a ticket for "RECKLESS OPERATION."
As he is writing my ticket he tells me how he thinks stand ups are dangerous and that they cause more problems than any other type of ski on the lake.
So now I have to got to the Pomona Superior Court on Sept. 20th and see the judge about doing a tiny little sub.
Moral of the story is don't go to Puddingstone!!!!!!
