Just picked up this 2002 RN today, has worx plate/grate, solas prop, bilge, polespring, but mostly stock. I think I got a steal though at 2700 with a really nice trailer(not the one in the pic), and the yamaha cover and a few other goodies. Overall its super clean, especially for the price. It was original owner and appears to be very well cared for. Can't wait to get on the lake

Yea, thanks guys. I thought it was a great find, the best part is that the guy met me half way and drove about 2 hours himself for no charge. We met up in daytona by the raceway. I jumped on this as soon as i saw it hit boat trader.

Took it out for the first time today in my canal, no way I was going to make it out to the lake when i first started. Fell off a billion times, but after about an hour i was able to turn good standing up, but rubbed all the skin off my knees just learning the balance to start with. Can't believe how fast that thing takes off out of the hole. Going to get out on the lake tomorrow, I was too tired by the time I learned how to drive the thing, my knees and back are worn out.

Congrats bro, just remember if you turn left put presure to right foot and vs. vrsa, get off your freegin knees, falling dont hurt.

I was only on my knees while I was trying to learn how to balance it. I couldn't even keep from falling off it while on my knees for 10 or 15 minutes. Once I got that down I started standing. I am good enough now that I'll just fire her up tomorrow and drive down the canal(it is really long, but the lake is huge too) and start really riding it out on the lake. I know falling doesn't hurt on this thing too, didn't really go fast enough anyways(was only riding 20 or so after I got the balance down), but I have flown headfirst off my gp1200 doing around 60 plenty of times, now that hurts lol. I just couldn't get this thing up to very fast speeds because the drought during spring has the lake about 4' shallower than it should be based on the watermarks on the cypress trees, every time i fell off I was up to my knees in mud. I can tell this is going to be a lot of fun and I'm already planning on getting rid of the couch. The gas consumption is about 3x better too based on looking at the tank before and after riding. I rode around an hour and it only went down about an inch or so, my gp1200 would have used about 5 gallons lol.
